A number of rooms have been reserved at various hotels of different price categories, therefore it is recommended to make reservations as early as possible.

PRICE PER NIGHT PER ROOM AND BREAKFAST

The prices indicated are per room per night in Euro and include breakfast, service charges and VAT, as negotiated by the Travel Agency LeonardiViaggi.

All the Symposium Hotels are located in Venezia Centre, at walking distance from Piazza San Marco.

Participants are kindly invited to fill in the “ Hotel Accommodation Form” and send it not later than September 15, 2005, to:

San Servolo Guesthouse

A number of rooms have been reserved at the comfortable “San Servolo Guesthouse” on the San Servolo Isle, at special prices, within the Congress Centre area. Rooms with 1, 2 or 3 beds, with private bathroom each, are available. Breakfast is not included.

NOTE: Hotel and Guesthouse Booking will be performed on a “first come, first served” basis.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy :

San Servolo Guesthouse

The details of a credit card are required to secure the reservation at the “San Servolo Guesthouse”.

Final payments must be made directly to the “San Servolo Guesthouse” prior to checking out

Hotels

To secure the Hotel room reservation the pre-payment of the cost of the entire booked period is required.

Payments for Hotel room reservation may be made by Credit Card or Bank transfer to “Agenzia Leonardi”

Final payments (for additional personal expenses) must be made directly to the Hotel prior to checking out .

Hotels Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 40 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
• Cancellations 39 - 21days prior arrival: 30% of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations 20 - 10days prior arrival: 50% of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations 9 - 5days prior arrival: 75% of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations or No-Shows 4 - 0days prior to arrival: 100% of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee

Room booking confirmation will be notified to all participants directly by “Agenzia Leonardi” or “San Servolo Guesthouse” management
